Rabiammal Ahamed Maideen College for Women, Thiruvarur has been started in the year 1999 and this institution focuses only for women higher education in Tamil Nadu, India. Affiliated to the Bharathidasan University, Vasan Nagar, Thiruvarur, the college occupies a land area of 5. 07 acres.
Total strength of the college is 1352 comprising of 1275 students and 85 faculty members and 21 courses spread across 12 degree programmes. It is a women’s only institution, which enhance female students to have a conducive environment for their learning and development of their personalities.
