CMS College, Kottayam

CMS College, one of the oldest institutions in Kerala, was established in the year 1817. The CMS college is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), it is accredited with an “A” grade by NAAC. The college deals in multiple courses and multiple disciplines in the several streams like Arts, Commerce, Science and Vocationals.

CMS College provides full-time 3 years undergraduate programmes such as BA , BSc, BBA, BVoc and BCom across multiple disciplines. When the postgraduate courses are concerned, the college deals in 2-year PG courses such as MA , MSc. , and MCom programmes and PhD courses.

Since the CMS College is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam , the admissions to UG programmes are merit-based, determined by performance in Plus Two examinations, while PG admissions follow university-conducted entrance tests and academic merit.
