The University school of management and entrepreneurship (USME) forms part of the Delhi’s well established technological university, this university was established in 1952. Established in the Northern part of India at Vivek Vihar Phase-2, New Delhi, USME has leadership management and entrepreneurship solutions for everyone.

Currently, the school offers 11 courses at 6 degree levels for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The USME is built on the principles of strategic management innovation with specialisation in entrepreneurship initiatives as well as business analytics. The institute functions as a part of DTU where it receives the advantage of having background and facilities of DTU.

Facilities As we have earlier noted, University school of management and entrepreneurship has a rich endowment to its programmes and activities with state-of-the art facilities. It provides digitised Special Library facilities available by intranet and internet thus changing special lib to more adept in a knowledge based society. IT infrastructural facility is also strong with a centralised computer centre, having more than 200 nodes that comprises of Dell Intel Core i5 and many servers to support different applications.

The campus has a internet connection with modern available technological network in the society which see students they equipped with adequate internet facilities for their academic works or research.

That is why the institute provides a wide range of the offered programmes such as BBA , BA Economics (Hons), MBA, and others, moreover, there are certain concentrations, for instance, MBA in Business Analytics and MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development. USME also offers PhD in Management , PhD in Economics and PhD in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

The MBA programme has an approved intake capacity of 120 students while for BBA programme and BA Economics Hons we have a total intake capacity of 182 students in each of these programme. To be specific, both MBA in Business Analytics and MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development have been designed to cater to 40 students per section.

These programmes are intended to be full courses, meaning the students are able to engage in these programmes as full-time students would. The entry requirements at USME are rigorous and based on merit in the following process: The uninterrupted breakdown of criteria for MBA is Graduation Marks:40%, Case writing Ability: 20%, Personal Interview: 30%, Gender Diversity : 5%, and Academic diversity : 5%.

For its MBA programmes the institute accepts score from Common Admission Test which is also known as CAT. This approach therefore guarantees that USME has a balanced candidate portfolio selected based on their performance as well as some other qualities.
