The University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) was founded in 1971. It offers a wide range of medical and paramedical programmes. Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital serves as the affiliated teaching hospital, providing a total of 1526 beds for clinical training and patient care. UCMS is approved by the National Medical Commission.
