The Ujjain Engineering College Ujjain is also known as Government Engineering College Ujjain was established in 1966 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. It offers a total of thirteen courses, of which nine are UG courses and four are PG programmes. The institute offers ten full-time and three part-time courses. A few undergraduate courses offered by the UEC Ujjain are B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering, B.

Tech Mechanical Engineering , B. Tech Electrical Engineering, B. Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering , and others. UEC Ujjain PG courses are offered in M. E and M. Tech. UEC Ujjain is an affiliated college of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal . The duration of undergraduate full-time programmes is 4 years, whereas the duration of a part-time UG programme is 3 years and 6 months.

The duration of the postgraduate programme is 2 years. Students willing to pursue UG courses at Ujjain Engineering College Ujjain must appear for the JEE exam .
