Tinsukia Commerce College was founded in 1972, at Sripuria, Tinsukia, Assam. Since its inception more than five decades ago, it serves in the educational field as an affiliated co-educational college under a university. With a spacious land area of 11. 57 acres, TCC is affiliated under NAAC—the testament to its quality concern for education.

The strength of the current college is 905, with 21 concentrating and diligent teachers. TCC offers three undergraduate degree courses - in commerce and arts. TCC appears as a college for all kinds of academic interests and career aspirations. Tinsukia Commerce College boasts a wide array of facilities offered to enhance the learning and experience for their students.

Com ), Bachelor of Arts (BA), and Bachelor of Commerce Honours (B. Com Hons). Courses designed aim at strengthening the foundation of a student in his or her relative field to undertake any advanced study with further confidence or profession. The most popular BA programme has an approved intake of 150 seats.
