Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering popularly known as SJCE was started in the year 1963 and is a self financing institution situated in Mysuru, Karnataka. As a constituent college of JSS Science and Technology University, SJCE provides 5 degree programmes and 31 courses. It is spread over 117 acres and it is approved by AICTE and offer both boys and girls education.

With a faculty strength of 38 members, SJCE follows adequate academic standards in its certified undergraduate and postgraduate courses offer B. Tech, M. Tech, MCA, MBA, and M. Sc in various majors in engineering and management streams. Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering Mysuru has designed many facilities to support students and made the educational experience more productive.

In the sight of the campus there are two hostels separated for boys and girls, which can house about 900 students. A sound library stocks a magnitude of materials consisting of books, journals, newspapers, and electronic media.
