Sparsh Himalaya University, formerly known as Himalayiya University. Sparsh Himalaya University was established in 2019 by the Government of Uttarakhand. Himalayiya University is enlisted under Section 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956. Sparsh Himalaya University is approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) New Delhi and recognised by Uttarakhand Paramedical Council and Indian Nursing Council.

Sparsh Himalaya University Dehradun offers various courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. These courses include BBA, BCA, B. Sc, B. Com , BA, PGD, MJMC , MBA, M. Com , MA, Ph. D and some other courses. Admissions are offered based on merit and entrance examinations. Candidates should appear in the entrance test for admission to B. Sc Nursing. Ph.

D course also require entrance exams like UGC NET/JRF/SLET holder. Sparsh Himalaya University facilities include provision of residential facility for boys and girls, an I.
