Shri Vaishnav College of Commerce (SVCC), was set up in 1967 and is one of the premier educational institute located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This affiliated college, located in a 7 acre area, has been successfully imparting commerce education for more than 50 years. SVCC Indore got the status of NAAC which means that these institute is serious about the quality of the education they are providing.

This college takes a total of 1,772 students and owns a faculty of 18 and provides 7 courses of different types of commerce and business subject in 3 degree programmes. Shri Vaishnav College of Commerce has several facilities to complement current generation learning environment of the establishment.

The library is a storehouse of knowledge containing more than 25000 books, journals, magazines and newspapers which are enriched further with some reference and territorial magazines for research scholars.

Deliberate investment in technologies is seen at SVCC because it has modern computer laboratories comprising of one hundred and ten computers, multi-facilities printers, scanners as well as projectors that are all connected to broadband facilities. It also provides health care, with a 10-station multipurpose gym equipped with electronic treadmills and weights.

Other sport enthusiasts will find more facilities for practising badminton, table tennis, basketball, and volley ball –the court is well lighted for night games. SVCC Indore has a broad-spectrum offering of the commerce oriented programmes designed to meet the need of a variety of students’ profile and their career goals and plan.

The college offers 7 full time course out of which the participant can opt for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. At the undergraduate level, the degree programs include B. Com (Hons. ) , B. Com Computer, B. Com Tax Procedure , B. Com Foreign Trade, and B. Com Advertising. For the more bright and scholarly students the college provides them with M. Com programme .

The cumulative approved admission capacity in all the programmes amounts to 740, implying that the institution has the potential of producing a large number of commerce personnel in each academic year.
