Shri Shivaji Vidya Prasarak Sanstha's Late Karmaveer Dr PR Ghogrey Science College, Dhule

The Late Karmaveer Dr PR Ghogrey Science College, an arm of Shri Shivaji Vidya Prasarak Sanstha, came into existence in the year 1956 at Dhule in Maharashtra. This is a co-educational affiliated college that has quality education and earns its accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

The college is big with a land area of 36 acres and has a total of 35 courses confined to five degrees offered to 1,779 enrolments. Late Karmaveer Dr. P. R. Ghogrey Science College, Dhule is affiliated with the college Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

The college has the following facilities that are aimed at improving the learning facilities as well as the general development of students. The students get the opportunity to refer to the library, an important academic asset that includes 70, 000 books and 105 journals. The college has hostel facilities for both boys and girls students, which can accommodate one hundred and two hundred students, respectively.

Facilities within sporting fields include a 400-metre standard athletics track, several game compounds, synthesised grass, and a modern gymnasium with sixteen multi-stationary. In addition to this, there is an indoor badminton court, table tennis room, and chess room in the Gymkhana Hall.
