This paper is aimed at presenting Rewa Institute of Technology (RIT) founded in 2003 in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh as a modern and reputable college. Located over a vast piece of land of more than 3. 44 acres of land, RIT has come up as one of the centers of technical learning in the region.

This college affiliated institute provides 11 instruction programmes in four educations which approves by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The roll of admission is 120 and faculty members are 167 so that it has limited student-teacher ratio that has positive impacts on faculty and students to provide and achieve quality education and individual attention.

Rewa Institute of Technology has several contemporary infrastructures in place to support the needs of its consumers – the students. The library remains a research facility and is also well endowed with information-handling necessities to facilitate academic endeavors.

For those interested in exercises and mass events RIT has quite good opportunities for recreation as it contains sections for sports and physical training. Modern information technology is used throughout the college to make students aware of the latest development in this field and Departmental Laboratories is an important aspect to enhance the technical education.

An auditorium serves as the ground for hosting occasion and seminars which call for use of mind and arts. The campus also has a cafeteria which for instance provides a convenience for students to have a common talking terms. Also, a health center equipped with first aid amenities serves the interests of the RIT community. RIT has wide range of academic programmes that help students in fulfilling their career choices.

The institute offers 11 full time courses of undergraduate and postgraduate level each. For undergraduate categories, RIT boasts of the following programmes: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.

For post graduate courses the institute offers M. Tech programme in Computer Science and Engineering, Digital Communication and Thermal Engineering. Also, RIT was found providing MBA, and MCA, courses which expand its range beyond engineering.
