The Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University Gwalior was established in 2008 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh and is named after Maharaja Mansingh Tomar. The college is approved by the UGC. The total enrolment of the students was 479 with 11 dedicated faculty members.
