Padre Conceicao College of Engineering (PCCE) is a privately recognised college that was established in the year 1997. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the fields of Engineering and Architecture. PCCE Goa offers two degrees and 7 courses under different specialisations.

Eligible candidates from the general category merit list are considered for seats under the TFW Scheme if they submit an income certificate stating that their parents' annual total income is less than Rs. 8,00,000/- for the previous financial year. The waiver is limited to approved tuition fees; all other fees are to be paid by the beneficiaries.
