The Maheshwara Engineering College better known as MEC was started in the year 1999, is a self financed college located in Hyderabad, Telangana State. This is a co-educational college situated in Chitkul Village near Isnapur X Roads, Patancheru and this institution provides the following engineering programs for the technologists.

All the colleges which fall under Osmania University are affiliated to the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and hence the MEC Hyderabad also maintains the AICTE Approval.
