Kodada Institute of Technology and Science for Women (KITS) was coming to existence in early 2008 which is an affiliated college established in Kodada, Nalgonda, Telangana. It is an institute for women only, recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education and offers engineering streams.

KITS is a college spread over 3 acres of land possessing an overall student enrolment capacity of 1,347 and faculty strength of 160. The Kodada Institute of Technology and Science for Women has a variety of amenities that would enhance the achievement of the academic and personal goals of students.

The over-arched reference room contains in excess of 25,058 books, 3,718 different titles and has seating space for 200 students.
