Khemundi College, Digapahandi

Originally, Khemundi College is situated in Digapahandi, Ganjam, Odisha was founded in 1978 and is one of the noted premier institutions. It is a co-educational affiliated college with vast area bracketing 7. 907 acres with a variety of courses. NAAC ‘B’ accredited Khemundi College has occupied a prominent place for providing higher education to the students.

Current total enrolment of the institute is 1,481 students and backed up by the faculty having 30 members in its team. We offer the largest choice of specialisations among all colleges of the university with 17 courses within 5 degree programmes in arts, sciences, and commerce for students with various fields of interests and career goals.

Our college named as Khemundi College always aims to give the admission students the best place to learn under proper ambience with well equipped instrumental facilities. The college has a reading/college library interspersed with about 15000 texts and reference books which is also a highly functional component of the learning institution.

To meet the accommodation needs of the students the institution provides hostels separately for boys and girls. Fans of sports activities will be able to make a great use of the developed athletic complex that comprises playgrounds for cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, badminton and other athletic games. The college also uses well-equipped laboratories in offering practical classes in science related areas of study.

To cope up with the fast growing technological world, Khemundi College now has Represent WaVe Wi-Fi all over the college campus and the college is also equipped with IT facilities to support modern techniques of teaching. These programmes are mainly and most commonly full time to regular programmes in delivering deeper understanding and actual hand-on-apply lessons in specific fields of study. It provides various kinds of undergraduate programmes such as the Bachelor of Arts (BA), and Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) of different majors.
