Kangeyam Institute of Technology, previously known as Builders Engineering College (BCE). This institute aims to deliver quality technical education. Kangeyam Institute of Technology courses include BE/BTech in various specialisations at undergraduate levels and M. E. /M. Tech and MBA at the post-graduate level.
B. E/B. Tech admissions are merit-based, and students have to appear for TNEA counselling. For ME/M. Tech and MBA students have to submit their TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test)/ CET scores. KIT Tirupur is accredited by NBA and NAAC with an A+ Grade, and it is an autonomous institution that is approved by AICTE. BEC Tirupur is affiliated with Anna University , Tamil Nadu.
The college provides a student-friendly campus with facilities that include separate hostels for boys and girls with mess facilities, a Gym, a library, a cafeteria, transport services, and many more. KITECH also has a placement cell that works actively to train students for their future. KITECH Tirupur placement cell invites recruiters from the IT, AI/ML, Electronics, and management sectors.

Kangeyam Institute of Technology offers scholarships under Erode Builder Educational Trust (EBET). Students can apply for the scholarships after confirming their eligibility criteria. Kangeyam Institute of Technology offers the AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver scheme, in which the parents must have an annual income of less than Rs. 4. 50 Lakhs from all the courses.
Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility requirements for scholarships. Besides that, students also get full semester fees as Kangeyam Institute of Technology scholarships on the basis of their academic performance and performance in sports and NCC activities. In the AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme, students have to pay all other fees except the tuition fee.
Students who got the scholarship under the AICTE TWF scheme will not be allowed to change the institution/course under any circumstances.
