Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Bhubaneswar provides various scholarship schemes for meritorious students. Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW) for BPL card holder seats up to a maximum 5 percent of sanctioned intake B. Tech course shall be available under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW).
KIIT Bhubaneswar has multiple scholarships and fellowship schemes of its own and other KIIT scholarships are provided by the central government through the national scholarship portal. KIIT University scholarships and fellowships are extended as a way to encourage higher education among students and to provide financial assistance to students who belong to the economically disadvantaged sections of society.

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Scholarships Scholarships Benefits Eligibility Criteria PradyumnaBal Memorial Scholarship The scholarship covers college fees, hostel fees including mess, books and any other ancillary expenses. Two poor and meritorious students are provided completely free education under this scholarship scheme every year.
KIIT Poverty-Cum-Merit Scholarship The amount and period of scholarship are decided based on the need of the selected candidates. Poverty-cum-Merit scholarship is for poor and needy students. Teaching Assistantship N/A KIIT has launched a living-learning Programme for M. Tech students.
This innovative programme has been initiated to benefit postgraduate students, who wish to supplement their income while being a student and gain experience in teaching/research. KIIT Merit Scholarship KIIT Merit Scholarship varies from Rs. 5000 – Rs. 10000 per month. This scholarship is for 1st position holders in semester examinations (for different Schools under the Deemed University) for 6 months.
KIIT Merit Scholarship Free education KIIT provides free education to the topper of KIITEE (Only for B. Tech. (4 years) if admitted at KIIT. In addition to this, KIIT provides scholarships to the top 1000 rank holders of KIITEE (B. Tech. – 4 years) during his/her study period at KIIT subject to fulfilment of criteria.
KIIT International Scholarship Full and half tuition fee waivers 2 students and 10 students from each country are provided with full and half tuition fee waivers. PhD Scholarship Rs. 20,000 per month KIIT Deemed to be University provides a full-time PhD scholarship of Rs. 20,000 per month. Contingency Fund Rs. 50000 A contingency fund of Rs. 50000 is available for both full-time PhD and M. Tech students.
Note: Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar also provides stipends to its students such as Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery, and Master of Dental Surgery will get Rs. 49,000, Rs. 51,000 and Rs. 53,000 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year for each month, Magister Chirugial/Doctorate of Medicine will get Rs. 58000 per month, MBBS and BDS internships will get Rs. 20,000 per month.
