The Jaipur National University Institute for Medical Sciences and Research Centre (JNUIMSRC), founded in 2007, is a leading medical college in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This constituent college of Jaipur National University is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and comprises medical courses. Located at a spacious campus at Jagatpura near the New RTO Office, the JNUIMSRC has a faculty of 290 people.

The institute has long educational offerings ranging from courses that span three degree levels amounting to 22 courses, including the traditional MBBS and postgraduate specialisation in a host of medical fields, amongst which following: The institute boasts of having better facilities that are developed to support students learning process.

The twelve-hour library serves over one hundred thousand reference books and two hundred national and international journals apt for university learning initiatives. Technological facilities have been installed on the campus to provide students with updated skills in information technology.

JNUIMSRC teaches a number of medical courses and covers all the levels from undergraduate to postgraduate level.

The institute’s mainstay of the programme is the medical programme commonly known as the MBBS, which has a recommended admission capacity of one hundred and fifty students. Other than MBBS, the institute provides 22 courses in postgraduation MD /MS in various specialities such as anaesthesiology, general medicine, paediatrics, general surgery, obstetrics, gynaecology, and so on.

The procedure of admission in the JNUIMSRC is merit-based and follows the norm of the country. For the MBBS programme the admissions are completed through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET-UG ). In the same way for the post graduate programmes candidates should clear National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate NEET-PG .
