Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Government Post Graduate College, Khatima, was established in the year 1988. It is an affiliated college located in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. This government-run institution has a campus of 5 acres and imparts diversified learning through 17 courses in 8 degree programs.
