Government Jaywanti Haksar Post Graduate College Betul was set up in the year 1957 is situated in Civil Lines Betul Madhya Pradesh. This affiliated college NAAC approved provides various undergraduate and postgraduate courses for the students. Sitting on 16. 8 acres of land, this college has 25,165 total students of which, at the undergraduate, 47% of them are males and 53% are females.

The institute currently has 28 courses spread across eight degrees and majors in arts, commerce, sciences with the helped of 28 qualified members of faculty. Government Jaywanti Haksar Post Graduate College has obtained goals of developing student’s potentials, offering comforts during the learning process and providing the needed facilities.

Across the most recent academic year, the college attracted 25,165 student enrolments, out of which only 19,681 were undergraduate students while 5,484 were postgraduate students.
