Government College of Engineering Amravati Scholarships, Eligibility Criteria and Benefits Scholarship Name Eligibility Criteria Benefits Scholarship Scheme for State Minority Communities The candidate must be an Indian national and domicile of Maharashtra state. Applicants must have passed SSC from Maharashtra state and must be “Bonafide Student of Institute” and admitted for professional and technical courses.
The total annual family income of applicants should not exceed Rs 6 lakhs. Note: Candidates should not avail any other scholarship/stipend. For the technical course ( part-I of GR ) scholarship amount maximum Rs. 25,000/- per annum or actual fees whichever is less.
Post- Matric Tuition Fee and Examination (Freeship) Student category should be Scheduled caste or Neo Buddhist and must be the domicile of Maharastra state. The parents/guardian annual income above Rs. 200000 to unlimited and applicants must have passed SSC. For professional courses, students should be admitted through the CAP round only.
The institution must be government recognised and should be located in Maharashtra. Note: Only one failure is allowed in the whole curriculum.
