Government Arts and Science College, Vilayil

Government arts and science college, Vilayil was started in the year 2013-2014 its being a university institution of higher learning to the Malappuram district of Kerala. Located on Huinthian Road in the big 5-acres compound, this affiliated college aims to bring quality education in providing a wide variety academic programmes for students’ moulding.

The institution boasts of 578 students and a hard working faculty of 26 members, thus affording the learner a suitable ambience for learning. The college has 7 programmes offered within 6 degree programmes in arts, science, commerce streams. Accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the college shows the way to quality education in the area.

At the post graduate level, the college provides masters degree in MA English and M. Sc Mathematics.
