DRD Mahavidyalaya is one of the leading educational institutions situated in Jalalabad, Dullahpur, and Ghazipur districts of U. P. dedicated to imparting quality higher education. The college has been preparing students for a long time. As one of the premier learning institutions, the institute provides for the needs of the students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels across a number of disciplines.

In total, Majlis offers 5 courses across 2 degrees In its endeavour, DRD Mahavidyalaya aspires to produce enlightened citizens in the Maldives and the world for present-day challenges. DRD Mahavidyalaya, Ghazipur is affiliated with the college Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur. DRD Mahavidyalaya has learning amenities that are meant to improve the learning outcomes of the students.

A part of any learning process is the library, where students are provided with all necessary tools for studying, and the library at the given university embraces advanced methods and a comfortable reading hall. For students in practical subjects, the college has well-equipped, resourceful laboratories on a departmental basis.

Out of 5 courses offered at DRD Mahavidyalaya, all are full-time courses only. At the institute, students are offered undergrad and postgraduate courses that prepare them for higher learning education.

The Bachelor of Arts ( BA ) programme is the flagship of the undergraduate programmes in the college, while at postgraduate level the college offers the Master of Arts (MA) programmes in Hindi, Geography, Sociology, and Pedagogy . The university-approved intake for all courses offered in the college is 961 students, which shows that the college has the capability of holding a number of students.
