The candidate should be the single girl child of the family.
The candidate must have taken admission in the first year of a regular, full-time PG course in any recognised university or a post-graduate college. Post-Graduate Merit Scholarship for University Rank Holder Each awardee under the scheme are provided with a scholarship of Rs. 3,100 p. m.
for a period of two years Candidates have completed their graduation in life sciences, chemical sciences, physical sciences, mathematical sciences, earth sciences, social sciences, languages and commerce streams. Candidates must be the first and second rank holder at the undergraduate level and enrolled in a full-time, regular master’s degree programme at a recognised university/college.
The age of the candidate must not be more than 30 years at the time of admission to the PG course. The minimum percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in graduation is 60%. Post Graduate Scholarships for Professional Courses for SC/ST Candidates Candidates selected for the award of PG scholarships are provided scholarships of Rs. 5000 p. m (M. Tech. ) with the contingency of Rs. 15000 p.
