Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre, Pune was established in the year 1999. The college is situated in Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pimpri, Pune, and it is spread over 42. 5 acres. The institute is accredited to National Assessment and Accreditation Council and approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine.

Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre is based on merit and in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. The admission to BAMS courses shall be based on the All India Rank and percentile of marks in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test NEET conducted by NTA.
Postgraduate admission into MD/MS courses shall be based on the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test, AIAPGET , conducted by NTA.
