The Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar (DDCE) is a constituent college which was established in 1996. This institute is situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha and having motive to impart the quality of distance education to their students. Located on 15 acres of land, DDCE provides 17 courses across 8 major programs to meet students’ multiple academic needs.

The institute is firmly established with a team of efficient faculties 22 in number, which makes it easier to give more than adequate attention to our students and thus provide the best quality education to shape them. DDCE is proud to provide as many facilities to help students in their learning process as possible.
