5 acre of land which can provide a concentrated area for learning for the students who intend to pursue their career in the healthcare sector. This makes the enrolment of students as 60 and the faculty strength as 7 so as to provide a quality education with individual care.
Dhanwantri Medical Education and Research Centre has a variety of facilities to aid the learning process as well as to promote the development of the students. Students in nursing require access to well stocked library in order to achieve knowledge in their line of study. ASU Auditorium offers a number of events and seminars of a different profile, that creates the rich academic life.
For physical fitness, there are sporting facilities and a Gymnasium within the campus to ensure that students open their backs, trim and keep fit. The IT infrastructure helps students remain relevant with current practice in the management of the profession. Laboratories offers a fixed tution for the development of competencies in a practical way as required in the course of practicing nursing.
The institute also values the comfort of the students that’s why they provide different hostels for the boys and girls giving the students a home like feel if they chose to dorm. Dhanwantri Medical Education and Research Centre, Dr TM Dhonde School of Nursing is an institute for offering education in the nursing stream.
Presently there is only one full time course available in the institute is Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) course. This programme of study will take two years with the main aim of offering the students with specimens of various aspects considered vital in the nursing field.
