Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering and Technology, Chennai was established in the year 2001, to provide higher education in the disciplines of engineering, management and computer studies. DSCET Chennai is approved by AICTE and affiliated with Anna University, Chennai . The college has received accreditation "A+" Grade by NAAC.

The college offers the UG and PG degree courses of Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
