Deoghar College, Deoghar is one of the oldest College, founded in the year 1951 situated at Deoghar Jharkhand India. This constituent college, which is located in a 52 acre campus, has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and have been approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

KSD has a population of 6,681 students and provide 17 courses from 7 courses under seven degree levels inclusive of undergraduate as well as postgraduate. Deoghar college has the variety of courses for its students, offering them 7 undergraduate programmes and 10 postgraduate programmes. At the UG level the popular programmes are known as BA , B.

Sc, BCA, BBA and LLB and at the PG level there are MA in Sanskrit, History, Philosophy, English, Hindi, Economics and Political Science and M. Sc in Botany, Physics, Chemistry and Maths and Zoology. All academics are degree programmes offered full-time and assist students to gain broad knowledge and skills in the subject they choose.
