The College of Nursing CMC, Vellore was is situated in Tamil Nadu, India and was established in 1909. The affiliated college accredited with National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), aims to facilitates following nursing courses approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). The college is located on a sizable area of 12 & ¾ acres and has strength of 457 students and 80 faculty members.

The institution teaches 20 courses at three different levels of degree, with concentrations in several areas of nursing practice including Critical Care, Emergency and Disaster Nursing, Oncology, and Psychiatric Nursing. The college of Nursing CMC, Vellore has come up along way from its modest beginning over a century ago to earning recognition as one of the best nursing colleges in the country.

The college has many basic and some special amenities that expand the learning opportunities of the students. Sc nursing for the 4 years at Undergraduate level and 2 years Post Basic B. Sc nursing for Undergraduate level. The postgraduate programmes comprise M. Sc courses in specific fields like Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing , Paediatric Nursing, Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing and Psychiatric nursing etc.
