Chitalo Mohavidyalaya, Jajpur was founded in the year 1994 Chitalo Mohavidyalaya is a co-educational affiliated constituent and private college situated in Chitalo Jajpur Odisha. NAAC accredited University provides the varied level of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Total student enrolment including vocational is 2984 and out of 39 faculties the college has ensured its capability to offer pragmatic study environment to its students. Chitalo Mohavidyalaya teaches 31 courses spread across 6 degrees including those in Arts, Commerce, and science. Chitalo Mohavidyalaya has many recreational facilities to complement the over all college experience of the students.
The gym prepares students for physical activities while the library prepares the students for academical needs and tasks. GYMs are important in providing students with the basic or any aspect that they have in sports by having their own own student facilities that supplement their education. IT structure of the college helps the students to get acquainted with the modern technologies required for their study.
There is a separate hostel for boys and girls so that students travelling from distant places have to face no problem while living in hostel. It also has organised departmental laboratories to provide practical learning to the students. We have a health centre with first aid facilities in case of any health complications so as to help improve the health of the college.
Chitalo Mohavidyalaya provides general educational programmes; the university has a total of four faculties and 31 courses in all fields. They include full time undergraduate and post graduate in Arts, Commerce and science faculties. The college offers 16 undergraduate programmes including B. Com, BA (Honours) in Education , English, History, and Political Science, B.
Sc (Honours) in Physics , Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science and others. Postgraduate programs total of fifteen include M. Com specialisations, MA in different subjects, M.
