Canning Government Polytechnic, located in South 24 Parganas of West Bengal, is a noted technical institution that offers quality education in some streams of engineering. The aim of this co-educational institute in the village of Narayanpur works as an affiliated college and gained approval from AICTE.

The faculty strength of the polytechnic is 9, and thus, the student-to-teacher ratio is very manageable, with individual attention to learners.
