BLDE Association’s Shri Sanganabasava Mahaswamiji College of Pharmacy and Research Centre is well established in Vijayapura built in the year 1982. This affiliated college is located on a 45 acre land and is known for its standard in the production of pharmacists. Having NAAC accreditation and affiliated to AICTE and PCI, the venue provides students with 13 courses in 4 different programmes.
The college has 492 students in its strength whereas faculty members are 54, reflecting the appropriate student teacher ratio. The college has built more of comprehensives where practical lessons are taught through laboratory sessions of Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy comprehensives. Consequently, students participate in exercises and physical activities that are facilitated by gym and sports facilities.
There is also a health centre with an emergency station, a hall for workshops and presentations, and a cafeteria on the territory of the campus.
