Astha Mahavidyalaya, Itawa, Kota (Rajasthan), is an affiliated college established in the year 2004. This is an institute which is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education and provides various under graduate courses in arts as well as sciences. The college is located in an area of 0. 79 acres of land, it has put into place infrastructural facilities to support a total enrolment of 1,108 students.

Astha Mahavidyalaya has a faculty of 28 members and intake facilities academic diversity with four unique courses offered to appeal to the four different goal specifications. The college’s expressed aim of delivering comprehensively on education by providing a social infrastructure to support students.

Astha Mahavidyalaya consist of sporting amenities that act as a source of encouraging people in the practice of physical activities and sports teams. The college has a library with great stocks to cater for learning resources. Since the institution has an approved student intake of 860 students for all courses, many struggling students enrol with the institution with a view of being trained to be graduates each year.
