Asom Sikshak Prasikshan Mahabidyalaya, established in 1992, is an affiliated college located in Guwahati in Assam. This teacher training institution has the Bachelor of Education course with the aim of producing future teachers. This college is situated in Jalukbari, Lankeswar. The compact campus covers 1 acre.

The institute is duly recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, and hence meets all national standards for a teacher-education college. Ed. programme. This will be a full-time course for two years and aims to empower students enough for teaching professions.

Ed. course aims at developing in the candidates a deeper understanding of the educational theories, pedagogies, and practices required to exercise the teaching profession.
