Tech , MCA and MBA each of 2-year duration at postgraduate level. Admission to AITS Hyderabad B. Tech programme is based on the AP EAMCET examination, while admission to AITS Hyderabad PG programme is based on the AP PGECET examination.

Students pursuing engineering in any field can avail scholarships based on their academic performance. The university offers scholarships to students to aid them in funding their education. However, this is entirely at the university’s discretion. The students get a scholarship under AICTE, EAMCET, Sports and Management quota. The less privileged students can also avail of scholarships by attaining 95% and above marks in their exams and successfully clearing their entrance exams.
