Annai JKK Sampoorani Ammal College of Nursing, Namakkal was set up in 1992 as self financing institution and is one of the reputed nursing college in Tamil Nadu, India. This is a co-educational college, situated in a 22 acre complex and becoming an affiliated, INC approved nursing college.

The college currently has a total enrolment of 362 students and has individual faculties of 31; it has a good variety of nursing programs. It offers 9 courses in four levels of degrees for different focuses in nursing education. It is aimed at providing quality health care education by having competent programs and adequate infrastructure.

The college boasts several structures that are calamityfree structures that are constructed to improve the learning process of the students. The campus has well-equipped boys and girls hostels In order to accommodate the extra-students who travel from other towns. A modern 50 bedded general Hospital is available in the campus to provided excellent medical care and practical exposure facility.

The college also has a super specialty eye hospital so that the students have adequate exposure to various medical cases they can handle. There is well equipped Gym facility for those who involves them selves in brisk activities. Annai JKK Sampoorani Ammal College of Nursing provides all the courses under the umbrella of nursing. It offers 9 full time programmes including, bachelors, masters and doctoral programme.

In the undergraduate courses the college offers – B. Sc Nursing with intake capacity 60 and Post Basic B. Sc Nursing with intake capacity 40. The General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course has similar number of seats that is 60. At the post graduate level, the college offers M. Sc.

Nursing in Medical- Surgical Nursing , Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Paediatric Nursing and Community Health Nursing each having fourseats.
