Anna Leela College of Commerce and Economics and Shobha Jayaram Shetty College for BMS, Mumbai, set up in 2008 at the Kurla site of Mumbai, is an affiliated college. It is affiliated with NAAC and offers quality education to its students, unlike many other institutions in India.

Currently, HCLT has a total enrolment of 1,662 students and 22 faculty members and supports seven courses spread over seven degree programmes. Anna Leela College of Commerce and Economics and Shobha Jayaram Shetty College for BMS, located in Mumbai, offer comprehensive undergraduate programmes in commerce and management studies.

It was founded in 2008 together with the college, and it is a centre for academic learning and information provision.
