Akar Adhyapan Mandir came into existence as an affiliated college in the year 2005 at Ognaj, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It is located at Gota Cross Road on S. G. Highway. The college appears to be orientated towards teacher education and offers a course for Bachelor in Education (B. Ed). The campus is spread over 1. 5 acres with a total student enrolment of 210, and its faculty strength is 13 members in total.
